The deadline for requesting an Absentee Ballot for the November 12th City of Clinton special election is Wednesday at 5 p.m. says Custer County Election Board Secretary Ann Brown.
The Custer County Election Board Office in Clinton is located at 633 North 6th Street. Brown says early voting on Thursday the 7th and Friday the 8th will take place between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. each day. She says there are two propositions that Clinton residents will be voting on.
Brown says on Tuesday November 12th, all polling places in Clinton will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. She reminds voters that if anyone has any questions regarding their polling place or voting eligibility to call the Custer County Election Board office.
She also reminds votes that a valid proof of identity is required both for early voting and voting at a polling place.
