Following the alleged attack around 1 pm on Wednesday, Lopez fled on foot, but was found by police in the 2000 block of Gary Boulevard in front of a restaurant.

No charges have been listed in online court records, however, its assumed Lopez will be facing charges of assault with a deadly weapon, possession of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to Clinton Police Detective Captain Mike Murley.

Lopez is due in court for a preliminary hearing conference in Custer County District Court on July 29.
