Greer and Kiowa Counties have seen another COVID-19 recovery in the past 24 hours.
According to the Oklahoma State Department of Health, the recoveries bring down Greer County’s total active cases to 3, and Kiowa County to 2.
Jackson County still has 3 active cases while Beckham and Washita counties have 1 a piece.
Harmon, and Roger Mills Counties are still without a confirmed positive case.
The number of active cases statewide has dropped as well. Currently there are 1,000 active cases of the virus in Oklahoma, that is down 18 when compared to Thursday.
The number of hospitalizations in the state rose by 4 to 215, and there was 1 additional death due to COVID-19 in the past 24 hours. The state’s death count now totals at 285.
In Texas, Wheeler County has had 2 more recoveries, bringing the total number of active cases in the county to 8. Meanwhile Collingsworth County still has 4 active cases and Hemphill County still has 1.
