About 50 venders are signed up and Clinton Chamber of Commerce officials are expecting hundreds this weekend to their seventh Hub City Market.
Chamber President Julie Menge says the market continues to grow in popularity with visitors with a number of returning venders and a number of new ones bringing new items to the market.
Menge says the chamber started the event in 2012 in the spring time and – in doing so – came upon an event idea that garnered a lot of interest and participation. So much so that in the fall of 2014, they decided to have two Hub City Markets per year.
Menge says the market, held each year at the Frisco Center is held from 9 to 5, Saturday, and between those hours, many visitors come through the door.
She says the Hub City Market is a great, spring time shopping venue.
Admission to the Hub City Market is free.
