Cordell Memorial Hospital’s Landon Hise has picked up a nice, personal honor. Hise is one of Oklahoma’s most accomplished young professionals, according to a respected source.

The hospital’s Chief Executive Officer, Hise, was recently recognized by the state-wide publication, The Journal Record, as one of the state’s highest achievers under the age of 40.

According to a news release, thirty-nine of the state’s youngest high achievers were honored recently at The Journal Record’s 15th annual Achievers Under 40 event at the Embassy Suites Oklahoma City Downtown/Medical Center.

Hise says that his most significant professional accomplishment is starting the state’s first tele-hospitalist program in 2015 at Cordell Memorial.

He believes tele-medicine is the future of rural healthcare and he’s proud that Cordell Memorial is on the cutting edge of the new method of healthcare delivery.

It’s easy to see that Hise is passionate about rural healthcare and proud of what his CMH team has accomplished. He firmly believes the Cordell hospital’s brightest days are still ahead.

Hise acknowledged he receiving the award on behalf of all of the CMH staff.

Hise joined Cordell Memorial Hospital as its administrator in June 2014, becoming the state’s youngest hospital CEO.
