A Rocky man is reported to be in good condition in an Oklahoma City hospital after being transported by air following an accident on a Kiowa County Road.
According to an Oklahoma Highway Patrol report, 57-year-old Bradley Lloyd Ball was traveling north on County Road NS-2180 when his GMC Sierra pickup left the roadway to the right where it struck an embankment.
The report says there was an odor of alcohol and the cause of the accident is listed as driving under the influence.
The accident happened about 3:30 Monday afternoon on the county road about three miles north of Hobart.
Ball was reportedly not wearing a seat belt.
