ALTUS, Okla. (AP) — Two people wanted in the August shooting death of a man in Altus have been arrested in Oklahoma City.
Altus Police Chief Tim Murphy told reporters that 24-year-old Marielle Trey Smith and 22-year-old Ryan McKenzie Fields were arrested Thursday in northwest Oklahoma City. Smith is charged with second-degree murder in the fatal shooting of Jared Allen Holmes in Altus and Fields is charged as an accessory after the fact. Court records do not list an attorney for either suspect.
